th event last night was so damn cool!! thumbs up*
i'm glad i was working last night!
th event was th singapore heart foundation charity gala dinner cum fashion show.
there's ALOT of tai-tais, tai-tai wannabes, MPs, stars[jamie yeo, glenn ong, nadya, desmond koh, eunise olsen etc]. th models are so gorgeous, nd super slim!!
yes, i identified those tai-tais by th thick make-ups, overdone glamorous evening gowns nd thick animal fur.
nd they walked with airs.
hahah, i didnt knw jamie yeo nd her hubby, glenn ong, nadya nd her hubby desmond koh nd eunise olsen with her mom were sitting by my side[left side of th ballroom], until s told me.
he said "ehh, tht one in red is tht jamie yeo, nd beside her is glenn ong"
i was whooping like mad 'cos jamie yeo is so va-va-voom in person, plus her hubby looks cool too!
all th stars tht i mentioned had no airs at all, nd talk t us with friendly smile.
nadya's hubby, desmond koh's face is super red at th end of th charity dinner, lols!
must be due t champagne/redwine.
conclusion: i guess they contributed alot t this heart foundation, thus th invitation but im not sure if they paid for it 'cos our managers told us th guests paid more than supposed.
reason: it was th charity dinner, they paid even more i guess, but they're so rich, so it's okay! :pp
highlight no.1: their free gifts are Elizabeth Arden[hahah, my brand]'s latest but not yet released big bottle of perfume[screams*], some slimming centre[th one tht zoe tay endorsed]'s voucher, some postcards i suppose. BUT th scream point is th Elizabeth Arden's Perfume[provoactive?]! I supposed it'll cost alot in market when it's released luh.
highlight no.2: there's one shuai-ge i saw during th cocktail reception plus th dinner. it's th same guy, LMY also agreed tht he's th "kan de shun yan" type. hoho~
i thinked he either same age as me, or only a few yrs older luh.
okays, nd he came over my station super alot of times lor, i think he's one of th many helpers for th organiser of th dinner. he kept on coming over luh, really, not i lovesick luh but too bad, i was super busy ytd, with my tables[they had super many requests!] nd some other stuffs. if not i might grab much courage t talk t him, on th pretext of th dinner stuffs, th blue coupons, lols!!
but towards th end of th dinner, he disappeared! i didn't see him near my side station leh, so sad.
thn v asked me t do th fond-farewell, i was asked t be th lift-presser instead, lols! good thing is tht, i don't needa do clearing![yeah-ness*]. nd i saw him at th reception, but im not sure if he sees me 'cos i was busy with th guests at th lift lobby. ):
if he's The One, i knw god will give us another chance again, for us t hav th chance t knw each other, im praying((:
if tht's fate, i'd very well admit myself t it.
it's how wonderful fate brings couples tgt, i'd loved t immerse myself in th wonderful feeling.
