It's just a few hours before it's the new year (2009). I'm still at my room slacking, browsing the web and watching the Little Nyonya again. I've never been big on completing my new year resolutions that I made and definitely hate squeezing through the crowd (just to see the fireworks that I can easily see on TV). Very much a spoiler, I know! But that is really me 'cause I kinda hate the hot and squeesy feeling.

Just in the late afternoon, I came across something saddening. Something I'll let the news speak t everyone in Singapore. Anger does force everything out uh, even the tiny streak of violence. I really hope that the person who is concern will be bless by God. -prays silently-

So I was saying that I did not went t the Countdown with baby. Sorry! The "enthu" feeling wasn't in me and I actually slept the whole day long. Ya, I skipped the morning lessons. I bet my clique misses me, lol! My qq must be sleeping:D Baby went t Esplanade for the Fireworks and Countdown. I'd date back the same venue t 2/3 years back. I went with my Sec 4 classmate, Aminah over t Esplanade. Damn dark, squessy but the plus point was when the clock strikes 0:00, everyone around wishes "Happy New Year!". Kinda heart-warming eh! And I can still remember my handphone was so lag that only at 1/2AM, I'd start seeing a stream of sms-es from all my loved ones! Well, my only regret was I didn't manage to stay in contact with all my secondary mates:(
But I'm still glad I did stay in contact with a bunch of people who always made my life colorful! Thanks t you-know-who-are-the-ones! My first resolution of 2009 will be (studies-wise): I want to do well for my Year 2 and proceed on to my First Choice of my Specialization with my bunch of clique. My second resolution will be (friends-wise): I'm definitely pulling close all the friendships this coming 2009! I never want t feel alone w/o you guys anymore! Up till now, I can only think about these 2 resolutions. -cheers-
Let's welcome 2009 with open hands and scream Hooray! Even though it'd be a year of poor economy, we should take this as normal and do things wisely! So, hereby I'm wishing you earthlings a happy new year! May everyone stay healthy, cheerful and that 2009 would be a good one for everyone:D

Last night, my lappie was struck with some weird spyware attacks. Tried alot of methods to delete them but it kinda failed. Gradually, i got pretty frustrated with the shit and went t sleep. Thanks god, for JiaLin lah! She sms-ed me and told me to get back t her this morning. And i slept all the way till 2pm before i came online. She sent a good software eh:D Thanks girl! The foxkeh theme Im using now for Firefox is so cute! The little fox icon on the right will run when I want t go t other website. Cute hor?!

Today is the second last day of 2008. Kinda looking forward t 2009! It's the start of Year 3, with loads of exciting stuffs coming up. Prolly more money is rolling. Gawd, im freezing in this aircon room. So i shall stop here. woohoooooooooo~

Jus woke up fresh from the afternoon xmas gift shopping. Town is flooded with people. I hate a crowded shopping centre when i needa shop. And the xmas present tht im eyeing at Pull&Bear is OOS!!! Damnit. The purple jacket is really gorgeous and it fits well into my daily wears. Aft the longing for the purple jacket went futile, I was sian-ed. My bros couldn't find their xmas present too. So we had lunch at Food Republic, the Fortunate Restaurant. We went over t FEP t find my lil bro's clothes for the xmas present. He found his shirt there. Then, we went t Adidas outlet t find my jacket. I got a Adidas jacket as the xmas gift and my lil bro got an Adidas tee. We also bought quite alot of stuffs for the xmas gifts t our friends. Thanks god, we went over t Takashimaya:D

Back from the 6 hours of struggling-to-start-work-but-it-sorta-fail ordeal. They came over t do some stuffs together. Dinner-ed together. Crapped together. All in all, today was another fun day. At the same time, im sick of doing the 2 projects. Argh.

These 2 weeks of term break is really too little. Can't said it's an escape from the living hell of our school work. But then again, I've been seeking "entertainment" and "solace" from the online tv. So hooked onto hongkies dramas nowadays. This is the hot lah! I really am addicted t the hongkies' cantonese. Let's see, i've finished Hearts of Fencing 当四叶草碰上剑尖时. Omg, it's all the young artistes acting through this light-hearted fencing drama. A really short drama with 11 episodes, and all the "famous" EEG artistes acted alittle via camoe role. Next, i finished the 20 episodes War of In-Laws II 野蠻奶奶大戰戈師奶. It is a sequel of War of In-Laws I, just a modern version of the previous sequel in 2005. You'd see Bosco Wong's weird permed hair, Myolie Wu's omg-weird dress sense and her gorgeous make-over, Liza Wang's Devil-Wears-Prada alikeness. Overall, a really funny drama. I love all their fabulous acting!

I know im crazy with all this hongkies drama's maniac. But then again, it's the only solace away from the 2 on-going projects madness. I feel so suffocated and lazy. I hope the hongkies artistes can make me get over this madness quickly. Their canto-songs are kinda catchy too.

Alright, im going t sleep. If not, i'd get drilled for sleeping at 530am again.

Finally finish watching Miss No Good 不良笑花! Jiang Xiao Hua's voice is really v irritating but as time goes by, you'd just feel normal listening t it throughout the 14 episodes. The voice is somewhat like the ol' taiwan version. Wilber Pan is so coolshit! Aft watching the making-of-不良笑花 and the NGs part, I found out tht Wilber is a really funny guy who always made the people around him laugh. And I watched 不良笑花 'cos of Rainie and Wilber lah! This drama ended nicely too, with a short and sweet wrap-up of everything. It isn't too draggy like the 恶作剧2吻. So, watch it if you're a hardcore Rainie, Wilber, Dean, Yan Xi's fans or you really want t hear Rainie's super "huany" ol' taiwan accent. It's irritating at first but you'll see that she is super cute with Wilber.

Alright, time for bed-time! Goodnight earthlings. Tomorrow is yet another day not t cheer for.

Today:
I did nothing 'cept re-organising this blog template. Became lazy and used the Blogger's easy navigation to create this simple look. Seriously, i can smell christmas everywhere now. Town is boring, with loads of cameras around ready t capture the town's supposingly christmas deco. This year's christmas deco was somehow a little let-down. Chermine said she can relate it t the cute-theme. Ya, with the cupcakes, happy family, candies etc.

On a side note, me love 小娘惹. I have been following the 9PM drama religiously lately. 'cos this case, it is Little Nonya 小娘惹. For 1 hour on Mon t Fri, i'll keep on hurling abuses at Lin Mei Jiao, Eelyn etc etc. Or i'll pity Jeanette for being in that environment but can't escape from it. Or drooled at Qi Yu Wu for always trying t rescue Jeanette. I kept on trying t figure out how the ending would be like. Would Jeanette and Qi Yu Wu be together in the end? Who did Jeanette has a granddaughter with? (in this case the granddaughter is Felicia Chin)
Little Nonya 小娘惹 is really a fabulous drama, made in Sg. All the nitty gritty acting from every casts paid off:D

Last thursday saw the end of my common tests. It was disasterous. I guess im just gonna pass my cmaths, marketing only. Web design paper gone case. Data structure algorithm marginal fail/pass. Went over t baby's house after the last paper. Managed t "repair" the player 'cos his mom can't seem t watch the hongkies dramas after just 1 episode. Slacked all the way till 8PM before I went home.

12 dec:
Slept the day away. All the time, i was infront of my lappie watching whatever dramas i can find online which my friends said were great. So it was rather a happy day for me. 'cos there was no need to study, memorise.

13 dec:
Woke up kinda early for a trip down to Bright Hill Temple. Dad could only make it that day t pay respect t our paternal grandparents. After the trip, met up with baby, jj and chermine. Towned the rest of the day. The search for our hoodie, christmas tree deco were futile. My feets were sore and tired. Trained home after that.

15 dec:
Cycling date with baby, chermine and my lil bros at ECP!
Met up with baby and chermine in the noon. The bus ride from yck t marine parade was god damn long. Thanks god, ive my ipod, chermine, baby and my bros for company:D
We cycled under the good ol' weather for around 2 hours before we had our dinner at the Hongkong Cafe beside Mac. The food was normal only. All the cycling made me so sweaty but I think cycling is still the next best sport after swimming.
We bused down to Boon Keng station, 'cos the two lil bros wanted t go t Far East t shop.
Indeed, they each find something t their delight. Chermine and i got a friendship band each t reminisce.
The great company! Next time, i'll ask my lil bros down to cycle around again.
Too bad for the pics we took at ECP, 'cos chermine's bro went t reformat the camera and forgot tht our pics were in it.
