It's a sunday night.

Yesterday was France's public holiday (and it's a bad one).
I don't know why it's a bad holiday but well, heck!
:D

My sup gave us friday off so I had one more day t rest.
No more sore throat, but I still have a bad flu.
I didn't had a good sleep last night.
Tried t sleep, but t no avail.
Watched some movie in David's hard-disk till 12smtg AM.
I lay on my bed, and slowly, I'm slipping into the dreamland.
Had a great dream:D
So i slept till 1140 AM.

Felt hungry but I didn't had any appetite.
Ate abit of bread and hot milo.
Looked out of the window.
You know, the sky here, always makes me feel that I'm in California or LA.
It's always so blue, with the right jab of colors, making me realise it's SUMMER!
I wonder if the sky in SG could be that blue.

Now, it's only 1 month and more left in France.
I'm elated t go back home.
But I just felt that 3 months isn't enough t tour France, or rather it's the project work here that's making this impossible.
If I had a chance t come t France, I'd definitely bring my family along!
'cause they're the only one who'd make me do anything for them:D

I gotta agree on that.
Everyone that I know who is happy, and the reason being they are so, it's 'cause they're in love.
Embrace love, mommy told me!
To me, love is double-faced.
It can be sweet t you at times, and it can become so-not-sweet-love at other times.
But just embrace it and you'd know (but I don't dare to).
Yes, I'm a coward.
I don't dare t love someone.

I guess it's really impossible for me t fall in love again.

And w/o my family, I feel even more weak.

Today is weekend!!!
So the four of us (ry, carol, nick, me) went t La Défense area for shopping!
I went t buy clothes for my lil bros and also got their quicksilver backpacks loh!
They should love it, lol!
We practically wear out our feets today.
Didn't buy much stuffs for myself.
I got a nautical striped top and necklace for myself.







































And .............. i own my own bear from build-a-bear workshop.
His name is fatty pom pom <3

The process of the build a bear was so fun and thrilling!
Choose your fave bear (there's even brown hello kitty), stuffed cotton (i pump in the cotton), kiss the tiny satin heart, made a wish, insert the heart into my fatty, choose an outfit for fatty (i had a hard time luh! in the end, i chose a bathrobe), type details of myself and fatty.
So cool!
Then the sales guy called out "who's fatty!"
I replied "fatty is me:p"
ROFL!
I'm a happy little girl again:D:D:D
I got attracted t Sephora after so long.
Bought my fave colors for the nail polish, and other miscellous stuffs.
I'm still finding a nice belt for daddy and a nice casual handbag for mommy!!!
Not t forget, my dear granny<3

I'm really SUAY to the max!


1. My kitchen light is spoiled few weeks ago.
2. My bathroom basin was like draining damn slow (but it's getting better already)
3. After I comes back today, my internet connection in my room was crazy. It was down. But it's back again. So it's kinda cranky now.
4. My table lamp is fused! (i saw smoke and sparks when i first switched on aft i got home)
5. My main ceiling light at the kitchen was spoiled yesterday.


talk about being unlucky all in one day.
i only have t buy the 3 different light bulbs in Auchan tomorrow, if not i'm living in darkness:(

I know I should be more demure, and cut down on the fuck word when I'm angry.
But I'm really really fired up this time.
And thanks to the asshole, I'm more determined t do things my way (even better).

Although my blood is boiling right now, I want t concentrate (*hint*)

Today is France's Victory Day (so it's public holiday)
wee woo weeeeeeeeee~
So another long weekend for us:D

Was supposed t go for a party organised by a university here.
But the student organisers went on strike, so no party.
Although there's no party, I went alittle drunk before the party started.
The guys opened the Tequila and Vodka bottle and orange juice.
I had my go at Vodka with orange juice, it was alittle bitter at the end though.
Had 2 cups of Vodka before I went alittle tipsy.
I know i'm lousy luh:(
Heard from ruoying I did alot of funny actions!
ooops =x

So I was kinda sober after awhile.
Went home at 12AM.
The train we took back t Neuilly Plaisance was a short one, literally half of what we usually take.
HAHAHAHA!
Took a quick bath and went t sleep after that.
Uber tired t the max!
I slept for quite long until I got disturbed by the vibration from my phone.
There was alot of calls from NYP.
I wonder what are they asking for.
So i looked at the time (430am) and I went t toilet before going back t sleep again.
It was super cold and I wore david's jacket (i was just wearing my nike jacket when i first went t sleep).
I slept soundly till I heard loud knocking sounds.
I ignored it for awhile before I managed t wake up and open the door.
It was ruoying and carol:p
They came over just t wake me up:D
Apparently, after you were drunk the night before, you cannot sleep for too long.
Side effects are body ache (i had that) and headache.

Ate frosties for brekkie.
Then cooked myself maggi mee and made sandwich for lunch.
It was like brekkie then immediately, im gulping down my lunch.
We met up at 2pm for the shopping trip t La Défense.

La Défense metro station looks awesome!
Very much like the airport!
So we took the escalator up and saw the biggggg Arc-like building.
Chio dao!
Look alot of tourisy pictures and artistic ones too!
It's somehow like the sg's CBD and Suntec-feel but it's definitely more magnificent.
That few hours of shopping wasn't enough for the girls!
I haven't went t Pull&Bear!!!
And I wanna buy some more please:p
I'm going back there again, 'cause I need t confirm with my bros their birthday gifts.
Had dinner at Quick fast food restaurant.








































I had my shot at wearing sleeveless and shorts with a trenchcoat today.
The weather is turning slightly warmer.
I hope summer quickly comes!
At times, I get the cold rush on my leg 'cause the wind is mega strong and cold!!!

pssh, i'm thinking of getting I-LOVE-PARIS tees for my whole family and po po:D
shall ask them tomorrow.

And tomorrow, we're finally going t France's Chinatown and Notre Dame.
Hope t see Mr Eiffel Tower at night.

Feel so shitty.

Finally I've the feel t blog about the long weekend I just had.
One word - AWESOME!
Friday was spent at home, resting, doing all the housework chores (mop floor, sweep floor, wash clothes).
Saturday, we went t Val D Europe shopping mall with about 130 stores and a large Auchan supermart.
All the stores are crowded with or w/o sales.
I got tempted t buy a loose top from Naf Naf, a cotton dress from a french label here, stock up The Beat Burberry perfume in Sephora, and alot more temptations await.
I bought about 56 euros in H&M. Loots in H&M include 2 basic tees with cute prints, 1 cute flats, 1 blue shorts, 1 loose blue top with breast pockets.
Totally loving them!
Then I bought a silver shoe from Zara.
I saw that same silver shoe in the Zara outlet at Noisy Le Grand.
I was still contemplating t buy or not.
Then I just find my size and wore it, comfy t the max!
So the damage in Zara is 39 euros.
Next, we went over t Gap.
I was complaining that the casual wears and jeans in Gap were overpriced.
But at the same time, I was thinking should I get the jeans, since it's about 39 euros (but i was pondering 'cause I don't wear jeans yet find jeans a no.1 reliable bottom).
Then something green caught my eye. (you should know that i loves green and orange alot)
I saw this cotton canvas tote in green.
It's roomy, with plenty of pockets, suitable for summer, in my fave color, wider on the bottom than on the top, flat bottom so it sits upright.
And it can fit toiletries, magazines and books, compact umbrella, and laptop all in one go.
Sturdy or not!
I got it too, damage is about 34 euros.
So we were walking back, feeling good with our purchases.
And then we girls saw Bershka!
Bershka is a Spanish label and is owned by the owner of Zara.
It is targetted at the young people group at an affordable price.
So this time, the store is updating with the summer look.
The three of us saw the same thing (but the different color) at the same spot.
I spotted this pretty looking pink jacket-like top that looks smtg like the jacket I wanted t get from Pull&Bear.
The jacket that I wanna get from Pull&Bear costs about 60/70 SGD.
And this jacket-like top costs only 17 euros.
I tried lavender and pink.
Pink suits me:D
Voila, i bought it in pink, ruoying got it in white and carol bought it in black.
All of us are happy:D:D:D

Sherwin was nice enough t help me with the many shopping bags from this trip.

I spent last month's leftover on the shopping trip yesterday.
Mom wasn't at all angry luh.
She was like "eh, that silver shoe you got from Zara is like smtg I wore before when I was younger!"

I showed off t her my purchase:p
She wanted me t buy her handbag and daddy wants his belt too whereas lil bros want their backpacks.

Tomorrow is Labour Day (i guess it's an international PH).
Which so means I can sleep in alittle later than usual, and do my own things in my small room.
I'm reading up my project stuffs and practicing on the basics (chim!)
Finally getting myself into the momentum of the programming (i have t love it i have t love it ...)
Luckily I bought the notebook and got the pen from Nick, if not I wonder where can I put those valuable little scribble at.
So, my updates here have been all about food, fun and shopping.
But I've been really trying t piece out all my question marks slowly on my own or by asking my team mate, David.
Fret not, elizabeth, I'm gonna chiong and put my 101% into the project (i know it's hard but i can do it!)

Food wise, I'm eating well everyday (with 3 meals and some snacks along).
I've even start the habit of eating breakfast again here:D
And I'm so proud of myself for that!
One more thing that I'm equally proud of is I'm capable of cooking a decent meal!

Days by days, weeks by weeks, I've started cooking pasta(bolognese/carbonara), porridge(elizabeth's creation), noodle soup (not maggi mee of course).
I told my friends that all of us here could make a good house-wife/husband in future!
And no.1 plus some other friends of mine want t taste my cooking too!
Awwww~
I'm not so incapable of cooking a decent meal eh:D
Lunch is settled in school's caferteria.
It's usually my fave coke with the main dish (fries&steak/fries&one main course/baked potato&one main course/pasta&one side dish).
Without fail, I'd be super duper full, feeling good, walking out of the caferteria.
But I'd feel hungry at around 4pm.
Hahahaha!

Weather wise, I'm still not good with cold weather.
I'd really love summer more than winter although winter clothings are more chio than summer's one:p
Everyday I'd struggle in the bathroom, or after a bath, shivering, with the teeth cluttering (which I'm doing now).
Brr, it's always so cold in the room!!!
The stupid cold air, please get out of my rooom (if only you can hear me)!
And heater, please on by itself!
Argh!
Trench coat is the IT-THING when I leaves the hostel.

Myself wise, I'm feeling much better aft the migriane incident (which occurs once every 2 weeks).
I think I'm taking good care of myself.
But still, there's cuts around my hand and legs.
I've cuts on the exact same toe on each of my leg.
One, being cut deeply and the latter, being swollen.
HB wanted t scare me online and sent me a link of cuts infection by Yahoo! Health (which he succeeded in giving me a scare).
I try t air the wounds in my room and I'm going t get some medication for the wounds soon.
There's a pharmacy just beside Auchan supermart:D
My hostel is really situated in a wonderful location, with so many easily-accessible places.
No more dry skin around my nose.
The cold rash on my legs are healing, just left abit.
But there's quite alot of rashes on my hip area:(
Been eating fruits, and water regularly!
Plus the recent swine flu cases, I heard there's a few possible cases in France.
So, Mr Patrick emailed us about some precautions t take note of.
Thus, no pork for these few weeks and mommy told me t wash my hands before I eat all the time.
I know back at home, everyone's worried about me ever since the swine flu incident in Mexico.

David booked the railpass t London and the accomodation in London already.
Probably going t London in late May.
No more Spain, 'cause there's swine flu cases there.
