But i've enjoyed myself pretty much in France.
Almost everyone is looking forward t go back t sg. (me too!)

I've accomplised quite a number of things in my to-do/to-go/to-buy list.
Been t Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps at Auber.
Galeries Lafayette is the french department store, that's 10 storey high.
There's buildings allocated for female, male and home appliances (so you should figure that it's big)
There's LV, Gucci on both level 1 and 2 in the female store.
Paris really has a lot of tallies, q-mors, long leggies, dare-t-show babes.
Everyone has smiles on their faces, are polite.
I really really love their slow pace lifestyle here.
Nobody is pushing you t do things fast, rather at a steady pace.
I bought mom's LV bag, Givenchy Irresistable perfume, Havaianas sandals.
Couldn't find bro's wallet and cap.
We went there on a sat, and Givenchy was giving out pink roses.
The lovely Givenchy girls told us it's Mother's Day on sunday.
Awesome, isn't it!
I'm just sore that I can't celebrate Mother's Day with my family:(
I recieved another red rose at Hippopotamus Grill on Sunday during dinner.

I went with the guys after Quick's fastfood dinner for a casual walk in Central Paris.
Walking has never feel so fun ever.
The weather was nice, breezy cold, the sky is pretty and I feel safe walking with them at night.
So digi-cam is another inevitable item whenever I goes out.
I must take loads of pictures for mommy and daddy and my lil bros t see once I'm back in sg.
Note: The starbucks here is overpriced. It costs abt the same as sg's but it's in euros. So it's literally 2 times the amt.
Because the first Sunday of every month is free for all musuems in France, it was quite a crowd when we reached The Lourve.
But we managed t enter the musuem.
Awesome!!!
We only went in the Denon wing of the musuem.
It's the wing where I saw Mona Lisa painting, The Largest Painting in the Lourve, the crown jewels, mummy.
I've t admit that I'm not a arts person so walking around the musuem bores me out alittle.
'cause I just keep on snapping pics and stare into the paintings, trying t understand the painting.
So aft we got out of the Lourve, we girls (Carol, ruoying and i) went our seperate ways.
The guys and phyu went the other way.
So we went finding for a japanese restaurant 'cause I had a major craving for it.
But we couldn't find it aft a loooong walking distance.
It was raining too.
Super sian-ed.
Had baguette and drinks at a Shells petrol station (coolness!).
Finally find the nearest metro station, and went t the Vincennes t see the chateau 'cause Carol wants t see.
It was like an empty castle, kinda hollow.
But the architecture was pretty cool!
I like!!!
Carol went home for her dinner whereas Ruoying and I went t Noisy La Grand for dinner.
In the end, we went t Hippopotamus for dinner.
I had steak (medium), I guess i'm not a steak person 'cause I don't really like it.
And Ruoying had chic wings.
End of a lovely Sunday:D
Weekdays were spent on doing my report.
Ruoying and I had Macs for lunch on Friday.
So sian, the Macs at France doesn't provide breakfast sets:(
We were thinking of trying a different kinds of Mac's Big Breakfast lah.
But then again, we didn't had fries, we had deluxe potato t replace the fries (smtg diff).
Yesterday, we all met at 11am at level 0 at our hostel.
We had t do a lot of walking in one day.
The weather is turning more summer-ly (more warm).
So the four of us (the guys and me) went off at Gare du Lyon station t purchase our Eurostar tickets t London.
The girls (carol, ruoying, phyu) went t Champs Elysee t purchase the Disneyland tickets and chocs shopping at Monoprix.
In the end, we've all decided t buy our Disneyland tickets tmr.
Ok, we're gg t Disneyland Park tmr!!! (YAY)
The train station is so harry potter-ish loh.
And we saw strike ongoing, but the france people were rather nonchalent about it.
Finally, we got our London train tickets:D
We're leaving Paris this coming Friday morning, and will return t Paris next Monday night.
A 4 days 3 nights short getaway in London.
Big ben, tower bridge, buckingham palace, i'm coming!!!

So aft the purchase of the eurostar tickets, we met up with the girls at Monoprix.
Off we went t LV mother flagship store, everyone is getting their LV stuffs.
I can tell they're all happy about it lah!
Tsk!
So we lugged all our stuffs t Madeleine, t buy the ice wine.
Apparently ice wine is only available once yearly, so you needa be lucky t get them.
So i got one bottle of ice wine for the family t try:D
We decided t put our bottles of ice wine in the wine cellar t make it cold and will collect it at the end of the day.
We also went t Fauchon for some premium chocolates.
Got a small box of chocolates and bisucit delights for my family.
I also bought a 7 euros worth of strawberries in Fauchon.
Damn expensive but it's worth it! (super damn sweeeet)
Next, we went t Chatalét which is near Notre Dame.
For: Harry potter's wand:D
Nicholas and I got the Harry Potter's wand each.
The badge collection is coolness lah, but too ex liao! (if i wanted t buy both the wand and the badge)
Phyu wanted t eat roasted meat so we went t a chinese restaurant t rest our feets and our hungry tummy.
I ordered roasted duck noodle with soup!
Super expensive loh, it's 8.90 euros leh.
The coke bottle is 3.90 euros!
It's always overpriced, eating in a chinese restaurant in a western country lah.
Aft dinner, we finally went over t St Paul.
Carol wanted t find the wishing fountain.
Aft a long find, we couldn't find it.
So we dragged our tired feets back t the station.
The four of us went t collect our bottles of ice wine whereas the girls went back t their hostel.
All in all, i had a fabulous day.
I'm just alittle stressed out over the food issue, the project issue and the luggage issue.

I just got back from a nice short walk near my hostel.
The sky and the warm wind were tempting me t take a short stroll aft a lunch.
